First day of practice back from the Thanksgiving break and I feel great. My hamstring is almost back to 100% so I can finally continue practicing again. I had my workout today and it felt so great being able to sprint again without having to worry about my hamstring getting messed up. I just gotta make sure to take more care of it since for some reason that my most injury-prone area compared to everywhere else but at least it’s feeling better just in time for the season opening race on Sunday 12/8 at Ocean Breeze.
